RECIPE

•INGREDIANTS•

BASE:
2 kale leaves washed and chopped (olive oil and sea salt to soften)
1/2 sweet potato

SAUCE:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Cumin

TOPPINGS:
1/4 cup chickpeas
Nutritional yeast (as much or as little as you want)
Black pepper

DIRECTIONS
1) In a medium sized bowl massage some olive oil and sea salt into the kale to soften it.
2) Set kale aside and spiralize your sweet potato into salad bowl.
3) In smaller bowl mix together olive oil, apple cider vinegar and cumin. Than mix and pour on top of sweet potato noodles and massage it in.
4) Add kale, chickpeas, nutritional yeast and black pepper into noodle mixture. Mix everything together and Enjoy!
