Fit and Healthy Chicken Spinach Parmesan Recipe

2-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt & Pepper
1 Cup of Bread Crumbs
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
4 Tbls Coconut Oil
1½ Cups of Marinara Sauce
2 Cups Chopped Baby Spinach
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Salt and Pepper the chicken, mix the Parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs, coat the chicken in the mix, cook in coconut oil on medium oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, pour some of the pasta sauce in the pan, lay the chicken on top, pour some more marinara on top, put the spinach on the chicken, then add your Mozzarella cheese, place in the broiler 2-4 minutes, serve immediately
